3-Day Vehicle Exchange Policy: Vehicle must be returned no later than 5pm EST on the 3rd calendar day after receipt of your vehicle (delivery date). Returns will not be accepted for vehicles that have been modified, was in an accident, is damaged or altered in any way than the condition in which it was delivered. Vehicle must have accrued no more than 300 miles since date of delivery. Vehicle may be exchanged for another vehicle of equal or greater value. Customer will be responsible for any difference in final price and qualify for any needed financing. Free Same Day Diagnostics in service includes up to one free hour of computer diagnostics. Any needed repairs are additional and may require setting an appointment to return. Car Washes for Life is for vehicles purchased at Mount Pleasant Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Other household members and vehicles are not eligible. Subject to carwash availability, which may be affected by weather or technical difficulties.
